Musik Blogger Award

Hoppla, jetzt hat der BadBlog u.a. auch meinen Blog nominiert für den "Musik Blogger Award" der Flötistin Imke Behr, welche hier bloggt! Gemäss den Spielregeln (nachzulesen hier) muss ich jetzt ebenfalls 5-10 deutschsprachige Blogs nominieren.

Hier meine Auwahl:

Zuallererst der BadBlog, welcher mich freundlicherweise nominiert hat. Der Blog hat eine interessante Entwicklung gemacht und mittlerweile wird auch öfter mal für statt gegen die Neue Musik geschrieben ;) Und seit Alexander Strauch mitbloggt, ist er auch noch doppelt gut.
Der musikFabrikblog hat vor allem viele schöne Videos zu bieten, Interviews, Einblicke in Probenarbeiten sowie Erläuterungen besonderer Instrumente (z.B. Vierteltontrompete oder Kaffetasse) und Spielweisen (z.B. Perkussives auf der Flöte).
Der Blog "Kritische Masse" von Martin Hufner, bitte fortsetzen!
Der eigene Blog "strauchcomposer" von Alexander Strauch, welcher - wie lt. BadBlog gemunkelt wird - "das Internet selber eigentlich komplett" täglich neu schreibt.
Der Blog "Aussengedanke", welcher sich auf frische Art mit neuer Musik beschäftigt. Scheint allerdings momentan im Winterschlaf zu sein - hoffentlich geht's weiter!
Der Blog "Adisposition" beschäftigt sich mit allen möglichen Sparten der Musik, von Ambient über Modern Classical bis Wasserleiche.
Leider müssen alle Vorschläge deutsprachig sein, trotzdem möchte ich noch einen mir sehr wichtigen Blog zumindest genannt haben ;) Frances-Marie Uittis Blog Uitti2Bows hat bis jetzt u.a. Infos bzw. Geschichten zu Giacinto Scelsi, den sog. Resonators (Augen auf beim Resonatorkauf!), ihre 2Bow-Technik oder auch wie man ein Aluminium Violoncello auftreibt! Leider bis jedoch nichts über Ihre eigene Musik, die ich einfach grossartig finde.
Einen habe ich noch, ebenfalls nicht deutschprachig, aber dort geht es auch nicht ums lesen, sondern hören: Ein Blog der schlicht (fast) alles aus dem Internet sammelt, was es an moderner und Neuer Musik gibt, v.a. auf youtube. Der "Atonality Blog".

Ohne die Sprachbeschränkung hätte ich noch 20 weitere Blogs zu empfehlen ;)

I've finished the score for my Symphony for String Orchestra.The composition was done around 2003. Now it rests in my drawer.

Red Bull Racing Feature by AixSponza

The Red Bull Racing Feature just got finished by AixSponza and is on TV in the whole world!
This is the biggest project I was involved in until now.

My main part was to model, sculpt and texture the racing drivers Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel with their Suits, Helmets, Belts and so on.

Below are some test-renders I made, a wire-shot of the Belts and the Neck-Suport, and bottom-right a Screenshot out of the Feature.

The story behind the "Accident":
My Girlfriend modelled this Playmo-Figure and showed it to me without the Hairs-Cap (with a opened Head! What brutalsim!). I've stolen her File then and made this Scene to annoy her. Later she completed the Figure and I improved my Scene.
